SITEC DELTA 2.0 Intercom system for counters
The DELTA 2.0 intercom system has been specially developed and tested, in close consultation with our customers, for use in banks, at cash desks, porter's lounges, counters, border crossings, customs offices, toll gates, administrative bodies and authorities, as well as for door locking systems.
The intercom system provides comfortable and trouble-free communication between the system operator (employee/operator) and the public (visitor/customer). The DELTA 2.0 intercom system is installed as a modular system and can be easily adapted to individual needs and structural conditions. The intercom can be expanded without difficulty at a later stage with accessories
The main component in this intercom system is the central unit ( Art. No. 200 000), to which all components are directly or indirectly connected. The intercom system is operated by the main unit (Art. 200 020). All other components are called extensions. The operator can operate the intercom and connected accessories on the main unit using illuminated buttons. (announcement speaker, door opener)
The intercom system provides reliable communication between a secured area (operated-side) and a non-secured area (public side). Each side can contain up to four individual devices connected by cable to the central control unit. Only one call can be possible at any one time.
A maximum of 4 extensions can be connected on the public side. The following devices are possible: loudspeakers, microphones, combinations of loudspeakers and microphones connected to the central control unit via a distribution box, door openers and door stations.
Communication between the visitor side (customer/visitor) and the secure side (operator/employee) is in full duplex mode, meaning the parties can speak and listen at the same time, as in normal communication.
The new DELTA 2.0 intercom system virtually reduces feedback. The individual components are equipped with RJ-45 connection.
